My Darling

Love can take you by surprise. For Bertha and Donald Darlington, love found them when they least expected it, in their Golden Years. In a story about embracing the unexpected, this pair learned to love again at an age when many think all hope is lost. But there’s a catch. Bertha (84) is from Peru and Donald (78) is from Akron, Ohio - neither speak the same language and are cultures apart. My Darling tells a story of a couple from two different worlds creating a unique American love story by overcoming past insecurities and language barriers.
